Black-eyed Susan Flower Essence

black-eyed susan is a great bringer of light. just as the bright yellow flowers surround the dark center, this sweet humble flower will bring the light into our darkest parts. for some this can feel scary;  that is good information. we often house our biggest power in fear, because it was not safe for us at some point to be accessing it. shadow work opens a world of self compassion, which in turn allows one to love the world they perceive more fully in pure acceptance. pleasure lurks in our shadows as does power as sourced through unconditional love. through the shadow integration, we see that we have always been whole & complete.
